Joy Yoga is a professional yoga training institute and is situated in Anso Street, Montana. Your body is a musical instrument. Yoga will show you how to tune it, so you’ll be able to singthe song called LIFE! Yoga is a science of personal growth and development, a system that maintains physical health whilst simultaneously cultivating a sense of inner happiness and fulfillment. Yoga provides a comprehensive system of exercise that stretches, strengthens, tones, aligns and improves the health of the entire body.

• Beginner Yoga Classes:
  for newcomers & those that have been doing Yoga for less than three months.
• Intermediate Yoga Classes:
  for those who attend beginner yoga classes on a regular basis (not for first-timers).
• Therapeutic Yoga Classes:
  for senior citizens, newcomers & those with health conditions or physical limitations.

CLASS FEES:

Newcomers = First week free

Visitor / Casual Fee = R70 per class

1 Class per week = R240 per month ( ± R60 per class)

2 Classes per week = R320 per month ( ± R40 per class)

3 Classes per week = R360 per month ( ± R30 per class)

Therapeutic Yoga = R100 per hour

PLEASE NOTE: Family members, pensioners and students qualify for a 25% discount on the abovementioned fees. Financial concessions are available – money should never prohibit anyone from practicing Yoga – please speak to Wynand if you cannot afford the regular fees. Joy Yoga Centre will be closed on public & School holidays.
